Rights & refunds
How enquiries, exclusive licences, delivery and consumer rights work. Your purchase agreement confirms the details before payment.
Enquiries and the purchase agreement
Browsing, listening and sending an enquiry are free. An enquiry is not an order, a reservation or an obligation to pay. We confirm availability and provide the proposed agreement, file package, delivery arrangement and total payable before you decide.
A purchase is concluded separately, on the terms you expressly agree to by email. Custom work starts only after its scope, price, delivery date and revision allowance have been agreed. Keep the agreement and order information sent to you.
Rights to your release
The purchase agreement specifies the exclusive rights of use granted for the original composition and recording, including the permitted release, distribution, streaming, performance, editing and synchronisation uses. The agreed rights take effect as specified in that agreement, normally after full payment.
Under German law, authorship itself is not transferred by a sale. You may release under your artist name as agreed, but a collecting-society or distributor registration must accurately reflect the rights granted and that organisation’s rules. Third-party samples, software and mandatory statutory rights are not overridden by the agreement.
One buyer
Each finished track is offered to one buyer. We check availability before arranging payment. After a sale, we take it off sale and do not sell the same production again. Sending an enquiry alone does not reserve it.
The rights agreement sets out exclusivity and confidentiality. We do not publicly identify the buyer’s release as our production. Mandatory copyright rules remain applicable.
Samples and project files
The listed track price includes the files stated in the base package. The editable Ableton Live project is optional and costs an additional €100 when available. It is supplied only if selected and included in the separately agreed order. Software and plugin licences are not included.
A finished track can contain licensed third-party samples. A royalty-free sample is not necessarily exclusive, and another producer may use the same sample. Vocal and melodic-loop sources are listed on the track page where applicable.
The purchase does not transfer ownership of a sample library or a software licence. Sample-pack conditions continue to apply, including restrictions on standalone redistribution, sublicensing or automated rights systems such as Content ID. Any required third-party licences and delivery restrictions must be clarified before the purchase.
Check the track page for the included files, Ableton version and plugin requirements. Software and plugin licences are not included unless expressly stated. A full project may require those separately licensed tools to open or reproduce the sound.
Withdrawal and problems with the files
If you buy as a consumer, statutory withdrawal rights may apply to a distance contract. An exclusive track is not automatically excluded from those rights, and downloading a file alone is not a blanket waiver.
For paid digital content, an early loss of the withdrawal right requires the statutory conditions, including express agreement to early supply, acknowledgement of the loss of the right and the required contract confirmation. Custom production services must be assessed separately; commissioning a custom track does not by itself remove consumer rights.
You receive the applicable withdrawal information before concluding a consumer contract. Statutory remedies for missing, defective or non-conforming digital content remain available. Contact us with the order details and a description of the problem so it can be investigated.
Price and payment
Prices are in euros. The total payable, applicable tax treatment, agreed file package and any separately requested additional work are confirmed before the contract is concluded. The enquiry form takes no payment and does not collect card details.
There is no subscription. The agreement explains the licence fee and any further expressly agreed charges. Mandatory statutory rights and remuneration provisions are unaffected.
Governing law
The proposed agreement uses German law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections of the law that would otherwise apply where you habitually reside. No exclusive court venue is imposed on consumers by this page.
